Default FM13 dyno numbers

Got my car tuned and some dyno numbers for my FM13 112+2 cam. It put down 393 rwhp and 373 rwtq. I was really hoping for 400rwhp but i was shocked by how much low end it had (300rwtq by 2300 rpms and 350 by 3100rpms). When the car put down 385rwhp on the stock tune, i thought for sure i would be over 400. Jeff (tuner) tried a few different things but the car put down 393 ever time.

Do these numbers sound about right for stock 241 heads and my other mods? I thought the lighter flywheel and underdrive pulley would have gotten me to 400rwhp pretty easily. The only bolton i'm missing is the ported throttle body. I've heard it's good for about 5-8rwhp but how much torque.

here's the graph:

Nice numbers! A ported TB should easily get you to the 400rwhp mark.

Gotta love those 112 +2's... I have two 112 + 0's that I'm going to be installing in the next few weeks.

My F11 put down 408/390 with Allen doing the tuning, but I did have a ported TB but also 4.10's on 17x11's with 315 Nittos at 25lbs cut out open, FMS cams are great, you will love the drivability!!

This was on a dynojet. I was just expecting somewhere around 405rwhp and 390rwtq with all the boltons i have. A ported throttle body is the only thing i'm missing and it might get me to 400rwhp but i seriously doubt it will get me close to 390 rwtq.

I love how streetable the cam is but i have noticed a drop in gas mileage but it might help if i keep my foot off the floor . Now i need a shift light b/c my tach is way too slow.......hell the tuner had to use the speedometer to judge the pulls on the dyno b/c the tach was so slow.

Different dynos will cough up different numbers, don't look into the final figures as an absolute, you made great power. Idealy this is why it's best to use the same dyno (if possible) each time you dyno the car with each new addition, otherwise it's tough to truly gauge any increases without being influcence by the minor differences in dyno-to-dyno calibrations..

i just got mine in and tuned and it put out almost identical numbers to yours but i was on a mustang dyno. it made 394.62rwhp and 374.23rwtq.i dont have a pulley, but i do have a ported tb. i was amazed at the power this cam makes.
