Default G5X4 Cam only dyno




Dyno was done through a 12 bolt with 4.33's and 27" ET streets with 16 psi

Nice numbers considering the 90*+ temps you had to deal with. She should be good for a 12.0 run.

its odd that the power drops off so fast after peak.

I thought that cam pulled higher than that...

prc platinums. I suspect my intake hose is collapsing under loads at those rpms but forgot to look while i was dynoing the car....

I am running SD and used some hose from www.hightempsilicone.com its an 1/8" thick and my not be able to withstand the vacuum but does well with boost which doesnt apply to me....


New dynos comming soon after i get that saured away

yeah that cam should pull up close to 7k easy from what I've always seen..

111 lsa for x4, and the dyno sheet i have shows the cam pulling up to 7.1k rpms..... So idk dude. Btw 921's were used as springs

Was it installed straight up, or with additional advance/retard (confusing myself here on what move the powerband lower)

I would think it would peak a little higher, and keep pulling within a few hp to 7k-ish.
