For being an Auto and with a 3500 stall I expected to be in the low 300 HP and 320 FT lbs TQ.

Those are definitely nice numbers for a stalled A4.

Unfortunately no, because of my current work habits. I am planning to drop a 224/224 .581 .581 114 LSA "Comp Cam", in pretty soon and when time permits I will go to the track.

Dude, if you're doing the cam ... have you considered doing the AFR grind along with their matched heads? My new engine is built and going back in this week. I'll post the new dyno numbers (if you're interested) when I get back from Nashville in two weeks. They're gonna' dyno it with the converter locked AND unlocked.

My old numbers were 360/375 (with the torque spike) with TR (comp) 220/220 cam ... realisitcally about 360/365. I have a Yank SS3600 stall 3.73's.

Congrat's on the numbers ... those are really good for the mod's in your sig. Hope you get great numbers with that cam ... I think you will be very happy ... with stock OR aftermarket heads.

Definetely let me know how you do on the dyno. I am interested and open for ideas for a Cam if the Comp Cam does not please my needs. Other than that I am wondering what kind of times I can pull at the track. I know what I am capable on the street already!

Will keep ya' posted on the numbers ... like 00vette just said, ' cams really wake these cars up' ... especially with tuning. My Comp TR220/220 .553/.553 112 LSA threw my torque curve so low that I simply can't get traction in 1st (A4). That's why I went with the (comp) AFR Grind 224/228 .581/.588 114 LSA +1 ... to move the torque curve higher and gain a little more up top ... mostyly good power balanced through the entire powerband. Stock heads I think would compliment this cam, as well ... or vice versa.
