Default Dyno tuned today

I just wanted some opinions on my dyno tune numbers. I got 345 hp and 318 ft-lbs, and the converter would not lock up. It was 82 degrees outside and my air/fuel was 12.85. Mods are as listed below.

your gettin kinda rich aren't ya?? 12.85 isn't really that bad but you should be around 13 something...and yes that makes a LOT of difference; another reason you got more HP than TQ also

Your kidding right?

12.85 across the whole RPM range is really good. He'll run a AFR about 13.0 - 13.1 on the street.

What are all the mods, if you have a 224 cam, they are way low for some reason, unless it's on a Mustang dyno...

Car has an aftermarket converter that was unlocked for the dyno, so it will show lower numbers... but it will more than make up for them on the street. Nice numbers!

Something is not right, post your dyno graph...

I tuned a 2001 TA A4 with a LS1 Hot cam, LT, Lid, 3200 stall, catback and he put down around 370 RWHP with a AF of about 12.6 on the dyno.

I will have to try to post the dyno graph tonight. What do you think is not right? The fact that my converter was unlocked is a loss of 15hp to 25hp, from what i have been told by quite a few people.

take it to a real dyno, the dragstrip!some converters rob more HP than others.locked numbers would be a better indicator of how much power you are actually putting down.if it's quick at the strip, don't worry about it.
