Default TEA 5.3 Stage 1.5/G5X3 Combo

Anyone running this combo?

I'm wanting to see some dyno#'s. I've searched and haven't found any threads. Any educated guesses on what I might get? I'd also be spraying 150 on top of this too.

Supporting mods:

Shaner Ported Throttle Body
LS6 Intake
G5X3
ASP Underdrive Pulley
Pacesetter Headers
Custom 3Inch True Duals (XPipe)

T56
12bolt 4.10 gears

We have not used an X3 with those heads, but we have used the smaller G5x1. JNorris here picked up ~ 2-3 tenths with a custom cam we ground specifically for those heads, over the X1.

I think that the X3 will make more power, simply because it has more duration, but if you would like something a little bit smaller on a single pattern, let me know and we can go from there.

i did 440rwhp and 408 rwtq with a g5x2 and some very old TEA stage 2 5.3s. this was through a 12 bolt, 4:30s, 3.5 drive shaft, and 18x10 enkis wrapped in 315s (heavy as ****). it ran 11.7s full wieght at 4200' above sea level. it had all the normal bolt ons avialable at that time (no electric water pump or fast intake). it was a bad *** set up.

what up homie. 386/365 on motor and 541/559 on the juice. Although on nitrous they cut the run off at 5500 RPMS b/c it was going lean again

last time i dynoed that day we met it did 555/562 on the squeeze. Keith thought it would have gone over 560 with a full pull.

Question

I'm curious about this combo too. Wonder if the X3 would clear these heads without flycutting? Doubt it.

I had thought about getting that cam when i put my combo together but i didnt want to flycut my pistons. I have a buddie of mine w/ the x3 and PP heads that only put down 420 so i was happy w/ my results but i still fell a little short of my goals. i wanted 450 rwhp.

well these heads i'm purchasing are milled 15 thousandths, so fly cutting would be a must. I'll be sure to post my results once everything is done.
