Default first time to the dyno today or tomorrow.

ill be at the dyno either today or tomorrow for the first time. im hoping big but well see what happens. anyone have any guesses? i have a SLP lid, racestlye pacestters, Texas speed duals and i will have it tuned before it goes on the dyno. ive heard of M6's going up to and past 350hp on just a few mods like i have. so im hoping to get close to that. and if i dont quite make it im buying a LS6 intake and going back again.

that ls1 intake is going to hurt you but good luck on hitting your goal.

I'd say that 330 or so would be more realistic but hopefully you won't be disappointed.

No way you're going to hit 350rwhp. Good luck though!

no way but 330 is more realistic, what type of dyno are you going on. I wouldn't get the ls6 intake I would just save up and get the fast 90 intake and nick williams 90m TB.

well id say i had a really good day at the dyno. i beat all of your guessing and hating on my "350" dreams, but didnt quite make 350. it made 342RWHP and 354RWTQ. so id say i made out pretty well. i was also told the dyno runs a little low.

over kill. my car wont take advantage of it untill about 4500rpms. a LS6 is much better suited. i dont plan for heads, but maybe a small streetable cam down the road.

A friend with a bolt-on 99 M6 WS6 (loudmouth, pacesetter LT's oryp, lid and ported throttle body) put down 350 rwhp SAE. I'm almost positive the dyno doesn't read high either. But of course dyno numbers aren't everything.

i looked at my dyno sheet and its says "STD" on it. so i guess its been corrected. and i read the link that says that STD numbers are a litter higher the SAE but the dyno i was on runs low so my guess would be it woulnt change if it was SAE.
