Question

How did you decide on the LS7 clutch and not the Centerforce dual friction ?

I want to see quarter mile times ? Those heads are an excellent choice.

i wanted a street clutch i didnt have to worry about, that is why i went with the ls7. i will try to get some times but it wont be soon, i dont want to risk that stock rear. last time i was at the track was on the spec clutch on its way out and wasnt holding high rpms well, esp with high load at the track, but it wasnt SO bad to kill the car taht much IMO, it went out 2 weeks later totally. i went WOT at 4800 in 1st, car was slightly rich ( wouldnt even spin the tires in 1st lol) and i shifted to 2nd at about 5600-5800 rpm. I trapped 92 mph which i thought was pretty shitty. no need to mention times, 60' times were 2.2-2.3 (yes i can drive the car just to worried about breaking something lol) i was more or less worried about the trap speed which sucked anyway it was stock gears too so maybe once i get a rear that will get them up where they should be.

fast intake is on the car now so i will be getting new numbers in a week or so i hope
