Only a 100 bux for the CNC, i oredered my heads last week and i was told they all ready shipped and nobody offer that service to me . I didn't even know it was avaliable until now. Nothing like leaving power on the table for a 100 bux. How much better are the CNC one. Looks like i'll be giving Jason a call first thing monday morning.

As for a large-chamber head, we could setup a set of 6.0L heads using the same ports. Only difference is you'd have a 72cc chamber instead of the LS6's 64cc. The price would be the same as the LS6 for a set of 6.0L heads setup respectively.

Trevor,

I just picked up a TSP 231/237 cam this week. I plan to pick up these heads with the PRC dual springs in about another month from you. Great to see these results!

The 6.0L heads would cost just as much even though the cores cost alot less???? Are you sure there wouldn't be a $200-300 price break using 6.0l cores?

Now get this, before the heads the car put down 384 RWHP and 367 RWTQ.
Congrats, those are very nice numbers. Its a M6 right? What type of tune was on the car before when it did 384rwhp?

I hav a Greayt local shop for comp valve grinds since this was impossible for you guys to come out with in the last month will you give me any kind of deal Or am I S.O.L.????

I waited for A MONTH FOR THESE HEADS ALREAY. And then you make them better. The valve job on mine doesn't look very good ( tons of ridges With tooling marks at .40.) These heads we're not even lapped.
Mine didnt "look" perfect as well but they certainly work. I didnt have the CNC valve job either.

Nice results guys, Im getting ready to strap mine back on the dyno after some tuning with EFIlive. I expect at least 440rwhp, they made 432 without a tune. After, I may just throw a Fast 90/90 on top to see just what I can really make.

Great gains Buford! You must be really happy with this setup for only paying $1000 for the cylinder heads. My hat goes off to TSP for finding what these heads really needed. The added compresion seems to have really helped the low torque figures we were seeing lately with these heads and combined with the new cnc comp valve job these heads look like a great budget head producing big time HP numbers. Congratulations Buford and Jason at TSP!

The valve job without the cnc valve job upgrade is the stock valve job. The stock valve job still works very well, but the cnc valve job gives us better p/v for extra decking, and a little better air flow. We're working on some pretested combos for guys wanting a h/c combo to just bolt on & run. I'll keep you guys posted. Steve shoot me a PM & I'll see about your heads

Since I run a sprayed motor how much higher is the compression with these heads or is it even negligible? Also what about running a Torquer V.2 with these heads, any possible p/v issues?

It is an M6. The tune was by Jason for the reverse/split two years ago. The original cam and tune, like I said was 2yrs ago. At that time it was 394HP and 376Tq. We did the pre install dyno and I remembered I had some Dynatech Vortex inserts in the true duals so I took them out. That's the 373/384 difference. By the way they do quiet down the True Duals about ...20%, but they cost 10HP. They think the 394/384 diff. could due to being a little late (winter and all) on greasing the dyno roller's. I also have one of the freak '01 Z's with an LS6 block,it did'nt seem to help the cam only #'s but I guess it might have helped the post head #'s, but at the most I'd think only a few(3-5?) ponies.

Your gains are very believable in my eye's. We've used alot of stock valve heads that kill the hogged out heads alot of company's sell.

I'm installing my old heads on another car which are mild ported Z06 heads. The last 2 cars gained 45rwhp/35+tq with these heads.

Good to see PRC catching the wave
