Steve, you can use either MLS or the graphite with the LS6 heads. Just be sure to remove all of the old graphite gasket and wipe the deck with carb cleaner on a rag before reassembly.
One more tip, with removing graphite gaskets, scrap off all the big pieces leftover first. Then use "Gasket Remover" spray from an auto parts store, it saves a little time as the gasket will then pretty much peel away.

I just ordered the TSP Camshaft, 918 Springs & Pushrod Package with the 228r cam 228/228 .588/.588. Could I throw on a set of the PRC LS6 CNC Ported Heads with the comp cnc valve job with out any problems? What kind of power wouold i be pulling after that possibly.

If the MS3 fits without any problems you should be fine. As far as power i could guess but i'll leave that up to the experts.

As for a large-chamber head, we could setup a set of 6.0L heads using the same ports. Only difference is you'd have a 72cc chamber instead of the LS6's 64cc.
The price would be the same as the LS6 for a set of 6.0L heads setup respectively.

After all of this now I'm not sure what heads to go with. I had my mind made up with the tsp 2.5's, and jsut deciding on a cam. Was thinking something like the 232/228. Guess I have to start all over again. Impressive gains though! I am going to have to talk to TSP and see whats up????
