Those #'s seem to be about right if it is through an unlocked converter. Definately time for some 1/4 mile runs.

Yeah, I think the numbers are good and they are through an unlocked 'verter. Car ran a best of 12.20 @110 with all the mods listed except cam and U/D pulley. Should be good for high to mid 11's.

Dude if you ran 12.2 Without a cam and pulley then screw the Dyno numbers
Track numbers is what counts.

P.s. I know people who have dynoed 350-360 and only run Mid to High 12's at the track(M6 Cars) so again screw the dyno numbers. Peace

Yeah bro, I have a buddy that dyno'd 400hp and was running 12.5's. I definitely wasn't expecting huge numbers because of the A4. Thanks!

Thats one thing I have learned over the last few years is that a4's are not going to be dyno queens, but ussually run good #'s.

dont mean to jack the thread, but I'm using the same cam with 918's and Ti retainers, Morel lifters, LS1 intake, stock TB, 11:1 CR, stock vette manifolds through a dual 2 3/4" exhaust, and 25% UD pulley in my 84 vette LS1/T56 conversion. Wonder what I'll put down?

I may have lost some to running dual springs and I have heard that DR's aborb some HP on a dyno. Don't know for sure, just throwing some thngs out there. As said previously though, I would rather have the numbers in the 1/4 than on the dyno. Because in the words of a great man, you can't drive a dyno down the track, haha.

DR's arent gonna suck any number up on a dyno, dual springs.. maybe, not anything insane though, for an unlocked cam only car, your numbers are pretty good, if it was locked then I could see cause for concern, but thats not the case.

I dont like to make excuses but here they are. I was launching at idle and granny shifting. If I shifted too agressivly, I could smoke the tires in 2nd gear at will. Also, the times were with the stock rev limiter. My best times were when I shifted right before the the rev limiter. Not easy with a stock tack.

I just posted to give him a reference.

Well taking into consideration the A4 vs. M6 I think I am right about where I need to be then. I appreciate you posting for reference.

With his set-up on drag radials and a 3200 stall he should definately be a high 11 second car, especially if he was running a 12.2 with bolt-ons and stall.
