flywheel or rear wheel?

I know that GM underrates the LS1 but is the advertised horsepower flywheel or RWHP?

yea well its obvious when you see stock dyno results above 300 RWHP when they are only rated 305-325 stock. thats why i was asking if that 305-325 was flywheel or not.

and im just talkin about ls1 camaros. but the same hold true for LT1's?

I think GM has it close, it's the many enhanced dyno readings out there.

I don't know about that, if you put the track times into a hp calculator, sounds like the dyno's are pretty close. One of the reasons is that GM has all through the history of the camaro, underrated it against the corvette.
