Default 370 Iron Block Dyno

Dynoed my car again last week, this time with a different cam and made some nitrous runs as well. My mods are in my sig. The first graph is my old numbers with the my old TSP cam, the second graph the only changes were the Cam Motion cam and the third one is with a TNT 150 shot.

It looks like you lost some low end and midrange torque but gained peak horsepower from the cam swap. Can you feel the difference? Nice numbers from a 370 especially on nitrous!

more duration, especially more exhaust duration and around the same LSA is my guess on the cam change.

Yea my old cam was 235/240 .603/600 112+2 and the new grind is a 247/251 .633/629 114+2. I did notice a difference in the low end but it sure feels better up top now. I didn't think that just changing the cam would make that much difference so I was pretty pleased with the results but it is kinda depressing that stock bottom end, heads and cam cars are making as much and more power than me lol.

I'm surprised at where your graph is peaking out at. I run mine to about 7000 when I shift. I have a 238/244 114+4 cam that I bought from a guy who used it for nitrous. I plan on eventually changing my heads to something different(trickflows, etp, etc..) and a cam similiar in size to yours but somewhere around a 108 lsa installed at 106. I have not played with the numbers too much yet to figure the exact cam I want.

My dyno graph from forever ago is floating around on here. Since then I have gone from stock throttlebody and LS1 intake to FAST 90/NW90. We have basically the same exhaust, so I figured your cam would pull much higher.

Good guess then on the cam. I could tell from the lower TQ reading at 4000rpm what the change was.
