Default AI 200cc LT1 480 RWHP w/VID!

If any one is not familiar with this projuct, please click on the link to the other post so you can get some back ground.
Quickly though it is a 355 with a street SR, AI 200 cc CNC lt-1 heads and Ai's street/strip LT-1 intake.

I prommised to show my results from this build up good or bad and I don't think anyone will be "disapointed."

Here is a video of the pull. Crank it up if you have decent speakers, it sounds wild!

I want to thank Jeff at CAM. His base mail order program did well considering it was conservative enough to ensure it was safe. With his base program it already beat my goals LOL. Jeff was heading out of town, but I got him on the phone before he left and he gave me some pointers on tuning, and told me there was plenty of room to try minor changes with lt1edit. I gave it a little timing and it picked up a little, adding some fuel helped, but I have a big lean area in the low-end that is affecting the torque curve. I am sure it'll gain there. I have limited tuning experiance so after a few sugjested changes I decided to leave it alone. I have to say that this thing is crazy. I can't wait until jeff is back to dial it in. It drives so nice, I cant believe it. I wasnt sure what I had gotten myself into when I heard it run the first time. It's all good now though. I still have all of the original equipmet & accessories: power steering, AC, Power windows, etc... I wanted a sweet street car, and thanks to the guys at AI, I finaly have what I want.

Sitting here with my jaw on the floor. Very good #'s ....

Can you give us any of the specs for the cam you are running?

What kind of CFM are those heads flowing? Must be pretty good!!!

Thanks for the compliments.

Here are the flow #'s

Lift Intake Exhaust (no pipes)
.100 72.1 60.4
.200 148 116
.300 205 153
.400 247 173
.500 275 188
.600 284 194
.700 285 197

More info on the engine can be seen in the first link provided in the original post.
The cam is a mild SR that is close in duration to what a bunch of 383 guys are running. I can't give out exacts but it's nice.
Truthfully I don't know much about cams. I can install them and set valve lash with my eyes closed, but I don't know how they figure out what lobes or durations work well in a given set up. I used to think I knew, but once I started in with this build I ended up doing more listening than talking. AI is a great company, and I have learned alot from them.
