Cool MS3 Cam Only + FAST 90/90 + TNT F1 = 555RWHP, 576RWTQ

Finally got the nitrous on and tuned over the weekend. The car is a 1998 SS with stock heads, MS3 cam and Pacesetters into TSP True Duals. The TNT F1 150hp shot runs into the FAST 90/NW 90 combo. The numbers are through my Moser 9" with 4.11 gears.

The timing tuner is pulling 3deg of timing and with the 150 fuel jet, the car leaned out. We're now running the 200 fuel jet, which is too rich. I'm going to be doing some research in the upcoming weeks to find a good "middle-of-the-road" fuel jet to lean this thing out and hopefully pick up some power. The window switch is set from 4000-6500, we'll likely drop it down to 3500 before we hit the track with it. Bottle pressure was between 930-940.

The red lines are motor, the green are on the hose.

Keep in mind that these are the 93 octane SAE corrected numbers with smoothing set at 5. The dyno was done on the stock 17s with 20lbs of air in the Mickey T drag radials. The belt was of course on the car and you can rest assured that not one dyno trick was used.

Special thanks to Tick Performance in Mt. Airy, NC for taking their time and making sure every little detail about the install was perfect and Alvin Anderson of PCMForLess for going out of his way to make sure everything was safe on the sauce.

Next up: heads.

Thank you for the compliments guys - waiting for the air to get just a tad bit cooler and then we're going to see how she does - hoping for at least 10.9s with my awful driving.

Looking good!

The MS3 isn't bad at all downlow.. Torquer is a good bit better if your concerned with it though.

Thanks for the compliments, guys! I was shocked that I squeaked one of the 17s up, as well.

As DietCoke mentioned - you have kick *** heads compared to mine, and these numbers are through a Moser 9". Bet your Z06 sounds bad *** with a bumpstick this big though!

Take a look at the pic... Something is very wrong... one of your wheels isn't even touching the ground...

That is the best pic I've seen in weeks! Very nice!

What was the 60'? I am going to guess 1.52 about? You are good for 11.00-10.90 with that 1/8th time. What size tire were you running?
