Default Finally getting modded, dyno predictions please

I made my appointment today with Futral Motorsports and will be taking my 2002 A4 T/A there on the 24th. They will be installing my QTP Headers, making me a custom Y-pipe, Custom grind camshaft 228/230 F-11 114-LSA to go with a Yank 3200 Stall converter and Custom Tune. I already have LM2 catback, 160 stat, whisper lid, and k&n filter. So now I ask what do you think I will dyno after all said and done. Let me also say that my car is a DD so thats why I didn't go with a big cam or higher stall. It will rarely see the track and mostly street races on weekends but nothing to serious.I'm guessing 400 hp even. Thanks guys for the replies.

I will guess 375ish because of a)stock heads b)automatic w/ stall c)smallish cam 114 lsa. I think the 114 lsa is really going to hurt your peak numbers, but it doesn't sound like you will have DD issues with that setup. If you come out of there with 400rwhp I would say God reached down and touched your engine, hahaha, but GOOD LUCK! Keep us posted!

So it is a small cam right? The reason I ask is because I was on another section and asking would a 3200 stall be to little for my cam and a couple people said my cam was to big for that and I need to go with a 3500. The Y-pipe is stainless and he is charging me $350

so will a 3500 make my car hard to drive since it is a dd or just be safe and stick with the 3200. Is there a big power difference between the two?

I am guessing somewhere in the 370-380... Automatics with stalls are not good for posting dyno numbers. We have to prove ourselves at the track (it will feel like it has a lot more power on the road). As I posted before, the ss3600 is very street friendly, and im guessing the 3500 will be even more friendly. Dont be scared with these high numbers, my car only sees 3600 when I floor it... It never goes up that high just driving. If you get a nice head setup, I am thinking you will break 400 pretty easy, but until then.

Oh, btw I think with that setup and some drag radials you should be hitting high 11's to very low 12's

No way on the 400, a stalled automatice with a mild 114 LSA cam. I'd be happy with 380's.

On a side not my own car, 2002 m6 t/a with a SLP flowpack and 10 bolt did 324 rwhp, I just added Dynatechs with their Highflow cats, 3" steel DS, moser 12 bolt, and Corsa exhaust, if I make 335, I'd be happy, when the cam gets slugged in, if I make 400 with a U/D pully and tune, thats would be a good day. I am looking at a 230/236 @112 LSA. the Same cam on a 114 will not make as much power due to the lack off overlap. This being N/A ofcourse, then there is FI combos that will love that cam.

But over all I hope you make it!

Oh I would definitely be happy with 380 for now. In about 6 or 7 months I will do more mods.
