Thumbs up car did 330.2 rwhp with a cutout and cold air intake

i just bought an 2000 z28 automatic with 63k miles, cutout, and coldair with a crane cams handheld tune. the first owner dynoed the car at 330.2 rwhp and i have the sheet to back it up, this seems kinda high for how basic the mods are, am i right or no ?

Nah, that seems pretty obtainable.

well thats cool i guess, now i need a answer as to why it wont burn the tires from a stop when you punch it, it might chirp for a SECOND but thats all, it does have brand new toyo proxies with the standard SS wheels would this have something to do with it ?

Did the previous owner put any suspension parts on the car? I wouldnt worry about that, as long as it feels like it's launching hard and hauls ***.

For an auto with an LS1 intake, that is high in my books.

Too many guys are worried about tires not spinning....I ran 12.90's at 107 and still couldn't get my tires to spin. It's not a measure of power, some cars just hook better than others. Don't sweat it. If you want tire spin, get a converter. It's called breaking loose from a 40 MPH punch .

Nice #'s BTW.

+1 that seems really high, especially since it still has an LS1 intake and it's an A4.....with those mods, on a 2000 LS1 A4, I would guess more like 305-310 to the wheels

yeah sounds high but some of these engines are more powerful than others.....id say you have 2.73s out back mine had them stock and it wasn't a tire roaster.....throw in a set of 373s and let the spinning and wheelhop begin.....

I dont' see why you guys are so worried about spinning the tires off the line. I WISH I could take off without spinning. Damn autos get me every time, granted I have crappy tires and a ridiculously hard grabbing clutch.

does it have lower control arm relocation brackets ?
I went from being able to roast them fairly decent to barely spinning them.

I wouldn't be so sure. Look at my old numbers 328/337. So full exhaust and ls6 intake with a tune netted me only 12hp and 7tq. If you think they are accurate, goto another dyno and youll know.
