Default comp 224/230 - dyno results

Just wanted to share my dyno info since cam install. Had it dyno tuned a couple weeks ago at Backstreet Performance in Medina, Oh. Im pretty happy with the results and cant wait to throw some heads on there now.

Ive been looking at that cam at one time.I have heads cam in a A4,and want a slightly bigger cam than my Tr224/112.How high do you havwe to spin that cam.In jegs /summit it says 2500-7000rpm.How does it feel down low

Wow...an automatic car with a stall, and a slightly bigger cam....and it makes 30 rwhp more than me with a 6 speed and still the stock 3.42s at the time. I guess the 02 heads are a lot better than the 98s.

What do you put down currently with that cam (same as mine), what heads do you use and what year is your car?

yea Brandons car impressed me too. i thought you were running a TR224 cam. oh well.
Steve said on the dyno, once the convertor locks up, a automatic will produce very close numbers to what a 6 speed would produce.

Driving low RPMs is close to stock but once I put the pedal down with that convertor and cam it is quite impressive.

I dont have any sound clips or track passes yet but I can tell you it has a very nice lope to it and it is the 114LSA

Ihave TSP stage 2.5 5.3 heads TR224/112cam ported fast 90.
Iput down 417rwhp 407rwt in an A4.(tci ssf 3500stall)

when i was just cammed with an ls6intake i put down 348rwh 350rwt

car is a 98 formula

I run this same cam in my 06 silverado. It made 550 rwhp at 6700 rpm through a 4l80e at 10lbs. of boost. See sig for more details.

Glad to hear this, I am going to be running this cam and was worried it would idle to smooth on the 114. Great results too!
