UPDATE....
Cam is out.Had picked up more mph,but I had enough of the
street manners.Tune was good,as stated before,it just wasn't
what I wanted.
So in went a FMS F11.
Similar to what I had, less lift and cut on a 114+4.
It amazed me how close the dyno #'s are. It made 2.5whp less
and 1ftlb tq more. The peaks occured 100+/-rpm from each cam.
The F11 didn't carry as far as the Patrick cam though.
I can see now why people say that they should have gone bigger
with the FMS cams.Alan had suggested the F13 but I was leary.
The idle and street manners of this cam are great!
Exactly what I was looking for.I wont make it to the track till after
the new year,I'll have to wait for times.
Oh,I think the pushrods were a little short on both cams. The
spec cam has a base circle of 1.355.The F11 1.465I/1.455E.
I think the 7.425 pr's added some preload and quieted things down
some.Maybe 7.450 would be better.
Now time to look into some heads
Brian

PS. Patrick G. and Predator, know their stuff for sure. But sometimes
what you want, isn't what you thought you wanted. In my case
anyway.

The dyno showed the cams started there pull almost
at the exact same rpm's.They also peaked nearly the same.
The 1st cam did pull a little further after peak though.
The cam is in the forsale.Make offer.

As I said...stock weight as in not gutted...your car weighs just over 3300 pounds, and look at the DA with your best run in your sig. -DA makes a difference too. A friend who normally traps 94, trapped 99 the other day in 50* temps at sea level.

Stock F-body weighs 3450+ and then some. Mine was 3520 without me in it. So I don't think that easy is as easy as you might think. A vette is another story. So maybe it is easy if you take weight out of the car and have perfect running conditions. Just my experience, I have not seen many A4 stock internal cars going 113+ without some weight removal.
