Literally just curious.

Why do I want torque down there?....well lets see...when just driving around nicely I still would like my car to be able to get out of its own way without having to downshift 3 gears and rev the crap out of it. Believe it or not, not everybody races the living daylights out of these cars all of the time. Don't get me wrong I like to nail it, spin the tires, and go to the track every once in a while, but 90% of my driving is just cruising around and enjoying the weather with family. That is why I like good low rpm torque. If I have to sacrifice cruising torque I will just keep my stock setup and I guess I will not patronize any cam/head manufacturers of these cars.

You young bucks who go "***** to the wall" every chance you get can have fun with your high rpm powerbands and loud exhausts (I just bought an slp dual dual to make my car quieter...). Call me a grandpa driver if you wish....hell, I still have stock OEM goodyear eagle F1 tires on my car and it is a 1999.
