A buddy has them on his stock bottom end M6 car.

Stock water pump

No free mods

Stock thermostat

LS6 intake

American racing headers

3.5 Mufflex catback

Cam is in the neighborhood of 230@ .050 with 550 lift on a 112

430 to the tires through full exhaust.

He was disappointed, I told him with a pulley, thermostat, free mods and a re-tune it would make close to 450 rwhp. Or so I think it should.

he was dissapointed with 430? tell him to get over it cuz those are pretty decent numbers. intake, pulley and re tune he'll make over 450.

That's me.

The cam spec is 228/230 .585/.585 112 lsa. It is the TFS Stage 3 cam made by Lunati...

The car has great street manners... The wife and I can hop in and drive anywhere... it's docile until you step on it... And I can still put it in 6th gear on the interstate at 75mph and the car goes almost silent and is dead smooth.

Right now the car is making 430whp/410wtq (SAE corrected) on a dynojet through cats. The area under the curve is fat too.

If I can install a fast 92/92, pulley and re-tune the car and make ~450whp I'll be very happy. And this should be a respectable number for a small cam and as-cast heads...

make sure to post what you put down. I have a cam close to that size going in(232/238 612/606 111). I have Tsp stage 2.5 5.3 heads and a fast 90/90 with a tci3500stall.Right now I have a tr224/112cam with the heads and put down 417rwhp(corrected).Will see what it will do with the new cam and slp pulley.I should have numbers in a week.It would give us an idea as how these heads compare to other budget heads.

Thanks for the numbers ATLSS....you're running the same cam and a similar setup to mine. If I could slap the TFS heads on my car and net 430 at the wheels, I'd be a happy camper!

LOL...Well I have had 3 LS1 cars with 4 different motor setups. I have a new carrier, gear, bearings, and axles in it. I run on drag radials and have had 50+ passes on my first setup that went low 1.5's on drag radials. Who knows how long it'll last?
