Re: A4 H/C Dyno Results - Absolute 5.3L Stage 2 / TR 224
Well, I still plan on tuning it myself. I am waiting till after I get headers before tuning it.
I have decided on getting LT's. Just have to find the right combo that will fit my car. If I can't I will get the Macs. I know they fit a lowered A4 Vert. Screw the Smog *****.
The heads flowed 298 @ 563
Could my cats be clogged?? Thanks for all the input.

It looks like somthing is very wrong since you didnt get that much for nos and the graph flat lines and drops along the way, ussually if it picks up alot with nos it would indicate an intake restriction, if it does not pick up alot it indicates a problem on the ex side, lt's with no cats will get you more than 25 hp especially if the cats sre clogged also dont rule out the muffler being restrictive either, what cat back do you have on there

N20 run was a bit low because I had alot of Knock Retard. Run was lean.

Well, Headers are on order. Hopefully this will get me close to 400 rwhp. Otherwise I just spent alot of $$$ for nothing.

Ed, the one thing that caught my eye was how low your peak torque was. With that cam, it should be around 3800/4200 and would indicate an exhaust restriction.
Now that the headers are on, play with the tune and get some new track and dyno numbers.

I was so nieve when I first started. $$+ New Parts= Go much faster. NOPE. U need to tweek all mods. Since this is the truth, the best way to do this is to do all the **** at once. Headers, TB, LS6 intake, and so on. U could then dyno tune only once and save the cash. Think of how many times you have dynoed so far. Take all that, and minus 1 session, and the rest woulda been gravy. Peace :p
I went with the Jet-Hot's with their Catted Y. And I have the Cats out.
I dynoed after every mod to see the gains. They weren't dyno tunes.
Now it is time to tune. I am running pretty rich.
