ms3 results, yet problem

Default ms3 results, yet problem

my buddy just got his car dynoed the other day, and the cam preformed really well, but there is problems at around 6400 where the car just drops 20 horse, then climbs back a tad, as you can see in the graph. Does anyone know what the dip may be?

the mods on the car are:
Pacesetter lts
SLP lid
asp underdrive pulley
yella terra rockers
slp loudmouth1
trickflow 7.4 pushrods
ms3
patriot gold duals
ls6 intake
4:10 gears

a/f is at 12.8-9 the whole run

I would try stock rockers and/or shimming the valvesprings a tad if the installed height allows. The rockers are the easier of the two for a quick test. I'm not a fan of aftermarket rocker arms on LS1's they always seem to have high RPM issues.

thats what i was thinking could be the problem also, but he refused to think they could be part of the problem. We will try switching them out soon

Looks like KR to me. Valve float won't come back up. KR will pull timing and then add it back in.

I agree.It does look like a quick float,seen it a few times before.

x3 on the valve float,i have seen several engine go shitty for a period and come back up due to valve float,its a harmonic problem in the valve train
