"Hummmm.....Cant wait to see this package on an M6 car. What will the next round of excuses be then."

Depending on how everything works out with my bonus in 15 days, that might be me.

It'll be run on a full bolt-on 2001 M6 SS (cutout, FTRA, MTI lid, ASP pulley, Jet Hots, Hooker Y, Hooker cat-back, ported TB, ported MAF, Fernco, Fram filter, !PCV, !FRA, NGK's) with a Spec 3 Ceramic, chrome moly driveshaft, stock 275/17's and a 3.42 10-bolt to begin with.

If I'm doing the math right in my head, it should lay down something North of 470 rwhp on a Dynojet.

Here's some of my math...

Joe = The Man

Camaro SS + 470 rwhp = dead Viper (if I can hook it reasonably).

AWESOME NUMBERS! BUT i do think it is insane to think that this guy will lose 20-30 rwhp with a convertor and moser 12 bolt. i have seen about a 10 rwhp difference when going with 4.10s and HD eaton posi (much less if a locker or spool). also a big convertor that has a higher efficiency shouldnt loose power to the point that people are talking. i wish we could just stop trashing and doubting a better R&D head and cam COMBO with all the boltons. oh well. always haters. Joe's shop car made huge power AND backed it up with some great ET didnt it?

great results from a great hand porter, I wouldnt think it would lose any power going to another converter when both will be locked. the guys at slp,s jaws must have droped after that pull, we all know slp will not do any dyno tricks

Nice to see confirmation. Having met Joe and seen him work at the track with his customer, I know he's into results and not BS.

Awesome results. Get it to the track and let us know.

PS, do you have any kind of valve reliefs in your pistons?

Grats once again, I just may have to save up the rest of the money to get the flycuts for his cam, what an awesome setup.

PacerX,I hope it all works out for you, would be a kick *** set up for your car.

If most of the performance converters claim 96-97% efficiency locked,is that not better than a stock converter? They are lighter than stock also. Not a big deal but would be nice to know.

Those numbers are solid roller territory if you ask me. Take a look at some of the big bore motors too and see what they are putting down...they are barely more. BTW, Vipers with traction are not easily beaten by a 3.42 10 bolt Camaro. Honestly, its great to see people putting down good numbers, but some of these just dont seem too realistic. HVLD heads+solid roller 346=500+rwhp

Great To see everything checked out. I have dynoed at JD's as well and now we know his dyno is accurate. Doesnt seem fare that he had to spend extra money to prove to all of us that his chit was legit. Great Work Joe.

awesome set up.
FYI...he's not using electric water pump. pistons were flycut.

you made same HP as previous dyno but with KR; i guess since the motor is breaking in and loosening up, you are now making more power. if that KR wasn't there, 460+?

Great numbers!

Why do you think you are getting the KR? How much timing are you running?

That is some serious competition for the LG X2 cam package. How much is this package with/without install and tuning???

Nobody doubted it wasnt legit?
It was more of a what kinda power will he lose threw a verter/gears kinda response.

I'd like to see the final outcome once the gears and converter go in the car with and without the EWP on the car.

That would be kinda interesting to see what or if he loses anything and how much the pump`was worth.

I personally dont think he's gonna lose much considering he still has 3 degree's of KR to get rid and that'll be worth some Hp.

Looks good to me....
