Low #'s PRC 5.3 2.5,ms3, help?
Mods in sig... I got my car dynoed and i put down 409rwhp and 367rwtq from what i've seen that seems low. Since the dyno i put a borla adjustible, cutout, I plan on getting a underdrive pulley soon and a bigger maf and lid. Is there anything you guys think that might be restricting some hp, I would like some help. Thanks

Yep, seems low but I also wouldnt be too concerned if it runs good. Try to get a time out of it and look at your trap speed. Im not a fan of the MS3 but thats just me. My close friend only made 36Xrwhp with one (I installed everything) with the same mods except for his stock heads but he did have an UD pulley. I would grab an 85mm lid, better maf and HS/YT rockers and try to get the FAST ported at this point.

That doesn't look right to me. You should have numbers like mine. FWIW, I'm running stock sized SLP lid and stock MAF. According to Futral, don't waste your money on the larger MAF until well over 500whp. They didn't seem to restrict my setup.

He's not missing anything. He's running a 90mm tb. The lid and maf are fine. Maybe a pulley, but he should still be higher.

Wonders for his wallet, maybe. He already has a proven combo, usually worth ~450rwhp. I don't think he needs injectors or fuel pump either. I'm running stock pump and really didn't even need these 42lber's. They're running at 55% at WOT. Something's not right and it ain't his choice in products. Maybe in the tune...

I put down 417 with stock intake, and the guy who tuned it said my stock injectors were running at 113%. Still shouldnt affect your over all numbers. But something sounds wrong there. With that setup should be in the 420-450 range I would think.

I wouldn't have expected a LOT more than that, maybe 20-30hp more.. but they are budget heads. I know I'll take some crap for saying that, and probably this, but every mod you have listed is a budget part. I'm all for saving money but you can't eat caviar at long john silver prices.
What I would do first is get a scanner on it, read the A/F, fuel pressure, make sure the maintenence is up to par, and the sensors are good, fuel filter is good.. etc. Uncapped exhaust could be worth 15 depending on what you are running, U/D could be worth 4-5.. there's some power there to be had, and I hope you find it.
Of course you could always find a friendlier dyno or just take it to the track.. I see a lot of high HP claims without any track times to back them up.

Thanks for all the responses. I plan on going with some bigger headers probably KOOKS, and all the other little things I need but i've seen this combo 440rwhp no problem I just think something is missing.... It runs great, the rev limiter is set at 6500 and i think it could be revved out a lot more considering my peak was at 6400. I will try an get my dyno graph up some how. Keep the advice coming, Thanks

2.5" piping to a blowmaster definitely isn't ideal for a h/c car. I would think you're down at least 15RWHP compared with an open cutout. Combine that with at least 5 from an UD pulley and you're closer to 430 RWHP. I still think it's a hair low for a h/c/90/90 setup but at least you would be much closer. I would expect closer to 450RWHP out of this combo.
