Default H/C/I Dyno Results

first of all. a big thanks to bryan at pavlock performance for installing all this stuff. he's an awesome guy with great customer service and awesome prices. thanks a lot brother.

here's the deal. I bought the car last december with:
cam
mac mids
3.73
cold air
whisper lid
!egr
!air

as soon as I got it I got the rear end rebuilt with 4.10s and dyno tuned. and the guy I bought it from did not know what cam was in it. it made 336rwhp and 347rwtq on a mustang dyno.

what was just put in:
prc stage 1 ls6 heads w/ prc dual spring
ls6 intake
pacesetter lt's
hardened pr's
ls7 lifters
ls2 trays
160* thermostat

it made 399rwhp and 372rwtq...not sure what kind of dyno, but horsepower engineering out of houston did it. and like I said, I don't know what cam I have, but I didn't know if there was any way to determine the size. I didn't hit 300rwhp till 4k and peaked at 6200rpms. next mod on my list is a p&p tb, so that should put me at 400+ .

bottom line, I gained 63rwhp and 25rwtq from the heads, intake, and lt's (which were upgraded from mids). I'm happy with the overall #s. but I figured I woulda gained a lil more. let me know what yall think. thanks. Dan.

looks like some solid numbers, should run hard at the track with some good tires with those 4.10's.But man, not knowing what cam is in the motor would kill me!!

why do u say that? is it because of the spikes towards the peak power on the dyno graph?

I'm also curious about this. how can u tell. and what can I do to prevent it. and how bad is this.

bad gto...I plan on goin with something like a ms3, but most likely get a custom grind to meet my needs.

sounds like a good choice and should get up in the power band quick with your set of 4.10's,remember to have your pistons fly cut just for some safe insurance
