I really want to run a Mach 1. Sounds like it would be lots of fun, I just need to find one.

By best friend drives a Mach 1 and we both got our cars about the same time. Mine's an A4 and he's a M5. When we were both stock i would take him on the track by about 2-3 tenths but he was having trouble hooking up. On the street I would normally pull on him gradually to maybe 1 car up to 120.
Now with the mods in my sig and him with LT's, ORX, catback, cold-air intake, k-member, dr's and a dyno tune, I can't hang. He has run 12.48@111 and I haven't been able to crack 12.8s yet. We haven't raced on the street since the last round of mods but I'm sure he would take me.

Unless he's got some nice mods, I'd put my money on you...GM's Autos are better IMO. It'll be a couple of lengths, but I don't see him winning unless he has something outside of stock.

Not bad....Tell him to put some gears and he'll be low 12s......put a stall in your rth and you should be close.

Your dead on with that one. I just ordered a 3600 stall and he is looking to get a set of 4.10s this winter. I'm kinda hoping I get to run him before he gets the gears in to see how close we are.

L's are mid 13 (01-04), so that sounds about right. Generally, A4 machs are mid upper 13s.

Is that a small cam setup? Looking at your mods I would guess you to have more than 2 cars on bolt on, and 3-4 on a stock one.

BTW - alot of guys claim full bolt on, but in actuality, there aren't that many out there.
