yeah he was really scared his wife was gonna kick his ***, since its her car. but exactly like you said we did a few runs on the last one i took off and noticed he was way back and when i turned around i could smell that nasty clutch smell, we let it sir for awhile and he drove home very easily and said she's probably never notice cuz she babies it all the time she just likes being seen in a pretty car, its got some kind of factory body kit, and its the real pretty blue color

I love that blue color... there was one really similar to it back when the Integras were out called Supersonic Blue Pearl that was VERY popular.

Speakin' of blue GTOs..
We all went to Memphis Motorsports today and had a hell of a time. Everyone pimpslapped their previous bests and I wanted to mention what my friend managed in his Goat.
Bone stock '04 A4 with the catback ripped out got a 13.4 @ 104 with a 2.0 60ft.

We'll see. Took the car to the Honda dealer to have a compression/leakdown test run, and the results came back fairly good. 2/3/6/12 percent on the leakdown (10% or lower is spec), and 160/160/160/155 on the compression test. So I am gonna get the valve stem seals replaced sometime after the holidays, but it's not a pressing issue. Just gotta make sure to check the oil before we race. So I'll talk to him and see what he wants to do.

Damn Jay, welcome to 6 months ago . As of right now the plans for the S2000 are very simple, but probably won't happen anytime in the immediate future. New shocks (which in turn will drop the car about 3/4"), decent stereo, CAI (maybe), tune, and a performance alignment. I've been told that the right camber/caster/toe adjustments on this car make it handle GREAT. And I'll probably end up getting some 17s at some point.

As soon as I win the Lotto, I will pm you and we will drop a Turbo'd LS3 in there.
It should be soon.

I've dreamt of just a stock LS1/T56 combo with a few bolt-ons... I honestly can't imagine how this car would be with 150rwhp more. Not to mention the massive torque increase.

As somebody who drives a 6spd LS1 Vette on a semi-regular basis, I can tell you that he's FOS. S2000s are a little stronger than 99-04 Mustang GT 5spds (well driven) from a roll. A 6-spd LS1 F-body or Vette (or GTO, most likely) will beat one handily.

Irunelevens. try to get the ls1 gto to do a 40 mph roll.
i know if im anything aboth 35mph my car will not downshift into 1st gear no matter what i do ie manually putting it there wont work. not sure if the gto's were exact same.
im assuming so. so a 40 mph roll he would be at the VERY bottom of second gear.
when i was stock 13.5@105 i ran vs a 2004 stang GT and we went from a 40 roll and he stayed ahead of me till about 95mphish
