What WOULDN'T you race? Here's a question to all, is there any car that you wouldn't race? Whether it be a Geo Metro or a Bugatti Veyron, is there a car that you would decide not to race. Please list the car and the reason for racing/not racing.
I'm the type of person that will race ANYTHING that wants some (and some that don't) because I love the thrill of the race even if I know I will win or lose. I think that a lot of us f-body drivers think that lesser cars challenging us are usually ricers or jerks that think their weak cars stand a chance when it may very well be a person that just wants us to exhibit our performance and is welcoming a smashing. If I pulled up next to a high-end exotic, I would no doubt try and race simply for the fact that I want to see them perform.
Am I alone in this feeling? I love cars and want to see where I stand against ALL of them. Lets hear some thoughts!

won't race anything obviously slow/ waste of gas
won't race a bike if the roads aren't right or the rider looks like an idiot
won't race a POS diesel that bellows smoke at me, in front of me, or behind me if there is traffic back there
anyone who I suspect has been drinking

thunderstruck, I respect your reply, but I disagree. To me, a race is worth the gas anytime. If I were to race a beater, it would require little gas. If I were to race a fast car, it would require a little more gas. To me, the entertainment value is worth the few bucks that I would potentially spend on gas. And I am no where near fast enough to race a bike other than a quick punch to show that I respect the bike. And I LOVE racing diesels that think they're the ****. There are lots of them where I live and its nice to put those punks in their place.

Manalishi, I totally agree. I street race when my life is the only one that I am responsible for. Traffic is a no-go. I have even let other drivers win for their own safety's sake.

mostly I don't want to risk doing something stupid on the street to try to prove myself to a 16-18 second car
if I am in the mood and in an area where I know for a fact there are no police or something it's different...for instance back home there is only 1 cop on duty, so find out where he's at and have fun

I'll race anything...if its stock I don't even bother, unless its someone trying to mess with me 
. I won't race a bike though...I wouldn't mind on the track, but not on the street. Like the other night I was cruising down the road and some girl in a HHR try to race me it was pretty funny

you morons... the cop one really made me
as for not racing something.. i will race just about anything...
few times i wont race..
wet roads, no if and or butts..
middle of town, xpipe and 1 chambers are loud and draw attention
street tires on a small laned road, my car kicks out a lot on street tires
other than that... if something wants it, i will give them some.. rarely am i in a mood that i wont at least kick it for 2-3 seconds to put 15 lengths between me and someone just for the hell of it..
its what i built the car for.. why wouldnt i?

i tend to agree with race just about anything, just for the pure fun of it. the little guys are always fun to mess with just give it enough to nose them out, then they usually ask for another then you let the beast loose.

Well, Since think there is probly a hand full of cars in my area that are even worth my time, I race anything that wants some, But i never crush them into the ground, I try to let off and sstay 1-2 cars ahead. Keep'em coming back for more =) Smart racing haha
But i race only on good conditions and try to do it at night when there is no other cars or people out and about, Last thing i want to do is end up in jail for man slaughter.
