Can I make high 12's?

Flip through the 12 sec club room. I always do that to see what guys are running to get high 12's. Most guys I see running high 12's have a CAI, Lid, P&P TB, cat back and they are on regular street tires. I have seen a few guys here and there running 12.9's with just a lid and cat back. Gives me hope that my car might hit 12.9 when I go this summer.
On a side note, I have noticed that full bolt on cars are running low 12's i.e. 12.1-12.4 with CAI, K&N filter, Lid, Descreened Maf, Smooth Bellow, P&P TB, LS6 Intake, Long Tubes, ORY, Cat Back, Underdrive Pulley, and a Dyno Tune.
I bet if you did all that ^^^ and took out your spare tire and jack, back seats and passenger seat and put skinnies on the front and slicks on the back I would think you could run 11.8 or 11.9.
