Goat wins. 'Nuff said. Even with the weight difference the goat puts probably 100 more hp to the wheels.

I pulled my buddies ls2 gto when he was stock with my 00 gt with cams. It still only put down 290 to the wheels. That stock gt shouldnt be a problem. The goat should take it.

Yeah, his mods aren't really adding any power, I think the GTO driven equally should have it in the bag. What do stock GT put down? 250-260ish?

I'll answer your Q if you answer mine...LOL.

GTO, for sure. Unless he's a one armed, one eye'd, drunken driver.

what exactly do you mean by 4 of 6 cats removed and xpipe?

i would have to say the goat... unless the goat is in serious need of a driver mod...

and the GT has a driver mod.

I love mustangs, just wish they wouldve made them a lil stronger.

It takes at minimum either a geared/light bolt-on or full bolt-on GT 5spd to run with an LS2 goat from a roll, and at minimum a full bolt-on/geared GT to even think about racing one on the freeway. Goat has this one easily.

Yeah,I have never seen any car with 6 catalytic converters. It just would not be necessary. Then again, who knows...maybe with 3 cats on each side, the water coming off the tail-pipes would be pure enough to drink(joking). The Mustang has 4.

I know atleast some of the 94-98 GTs had 6 cats... 2 pre-cats and 4 regular cats. My '98's H-pipe looked pretty stupid
