600whp@3470 raceweight
About to tune my car on 150shot and should make 600ish. car weighed in@3470w/driver. just looking to get an estimate of what it will trap. i was thinking 130-132ish sound about right?

Not a chance!
I would say 140+. I base that off of nothing but my own trap. Mine is an auto with a tight/efficient converter, but you should still trap higher than I did. I trapped 137. Your manual should trap higher if you are putting down 600 rwhp. You have may not have quite the power I do, but you may have a little more. Two things are for certain. (1) your car weighs less with driver. (2) your manual should outrun my auto in terms of trap speed.
Like I said, 140+ is my assumption. Let us know if I am wrong!

If your sig is still current, with you spraying I'd say 128-130.

He'll trap around 132-133mph most likely at almost 3,500lbs.
I'm curious to see a response to Chris' question too about 350 + 150 = 600?

Back to the topic: I am a little confused about the math too. I would guess something is missing from the OP.

No offense taken. It does make me scratch my head at my 137 though. I always thought it was a little low because of the auto with the stall. Oh well, the single digit is what I wanted!

Just be careful with the 175 shot. I know a lot of people have pulled it off, but I know of people who have blown heads or entire engines looking for the extra few tenths or mph. I wish you the best of luck as I've had my share, but don't blow the motor! Be careful. I see most of your time being picked up in your 60'. Go progressive or in stages. A 150 shot out of the hole and your engine AND rear could go. If they hold, your 60' will probably be worse!

You're going to spray 150-175 out of the hole with a T-56? Forget about my post above, if
you've never made a pass on the sauce yet you're probably not even going to make a clean pass.
I hope you have a built drive train and a stout clutch.

car only sees the track every now and then and i dont plan to spray 150 out the whole. i DD the car and run it on 555r's so im sure i would blow the tires off in 1st. i do have a progressive controller that ill mess with once i hook it up, but doubt ill even bother with 1st gear unless i get some mickey's on the car.

A buddy of mine in a 98 cobra that put down 603rwhp trapped 131 with a 5 speed. Weighed 3400 with him in it.
If I were you I'd make a 60ft pass then shut down then an 1/8th, then a full one. If you have any suspension issues you're gonna find out on the first hit. lol. Be careful.

I wouldn't expect much the first time out. Stock 10 bolt? Stock clutch?

10-bolt yes. another reason why its only been to the track 3 times. monster lev 3 clutch. i wont be launching the car hard for another few months until i build an 8.8.

With that much power and a stock 10 bolt and transmission, I'd say you'll run a 30 minute 1/4 mile cause they'll have to load you up on the flatbed and clear the **** off the track from your drivetrain exploding.
