1/4 mile/HP guesses for 01 Ws6 light mods
I have an 01' Trans Am WS6 with some mods including:
LS1 motorsports lid with K&N filter
Stock LS6 intake
SLP Long Tube Headers
Full SLP loudmouth exhaust. Y pipe. No cats
Lowered on BMR springs
BMR torque Arm
Everything else to my knowledge is stock
Car is an Manual 6 speed and has stock gearing and my home track is Atco.
Just got the car not too long ago and I'm just curious as to what everyone might think it would do at the track in the 1/4 mile and how much power I might be making.
Thanks in advance.

Thats insanely fast. So insane I want to raise the BS flag. Your trapping what a average stock C5 Z06 traps. It usually takes a Full weight Fbody a small cam, LT's & the basic bolton's to trap 115 mph. Which would dyno around 370-380ish. And your not making 370-380 with the boltons in your sig.

Im not calling you a liar but that does sound way fast. You did 12.50 with those mods and no headers? what was your 60ft? and how bad did you spin on street tires? did you launch it hard? what RPM did you launch at?

Wouldnt drag radials with the stock 7.5 rear be a bad idea? wouldnt be able to launch it hard enough. I also have to get a clutch in it soon. It wont hold the power. as soon as i get in powerband it starts to slip at WOT.
Im probably just going to use the LS7 clutch because I work for a GM dealer and I can get a great deal on one.
12.50s is what I was thinking as well. Before I run it I want to get a 9" in it with a 4.10 gear and do the clutch Then I should be low 12s im assuming.

Drag radials are only going to be too much for your rear if ur dumping the clutch at 6k, but since u still have a 10 bolt ur clearly not going to be doing that. Slipping the clutch out from 1800 or so will work well, remember you don't only spin when u launch, I'm sure going through the gears it breaks loose too with street tires. However, the ls7 Will Not hold up to much track use, maybe a few runs here and there, being very easy on ur launches. I toasted a centerforce dual friction in less than 10 passes not pushing it hard at all and its rated higher than an ls7.
If your going to be racing your car a good amount and using a drag radial, I wouldn't get anything less than a ceramic puck style clutch, which will go very good once u get ur new rear

Last run I made I launched at 3500 and still bogged a bit. I wa on 275 drag radials.

lol yea theres no way your making that speed. and of course no way your making 350 hp. and by the way that smooth bellows is complete bull. if you absolutly have to have it instead of spending the 60 bucks on it go to home depot and get smooth rubber tubing. i have all your mods (except the bs ones) and a bbk ssi intake manifold and lt headers and other **** and im prolly at 350.
