LT Header HP Increase ?

LT Header HP Increase ? How much of a HP increase would be gained on my '02 CETA with LT headers? I've read many posts & can't find the answer. Car is a M6 with SLP loud mouth exhaust. Can I gain anything by having a tune done now? Was considering Kooks since they have a shop fairly close with instal & tuning. Any experiences with their products & services? Thanks for you input!

Headers a definitely worth it, do it and don't look back. Kooks are known to be really good, top quality headers. They do have a hefty price tag though. A tune will help some before the LTs but if you plan to do them just wait so you don't have to retune.

I just bought a set of Texas Speed 1 3/4 headers an put both sides in an bolted down in two hours and didnt unbolt the steering linkage. I do have a lift tho but my wife was helping so.... Lol. Imo these headers are the best for the money on the market unless you just wanna brag about having 900+ dollar headers. They also say they have seen as much as 25+ whp gain. Good luck with the mods

Niceeeee! Only hope they keep that shine haha. You gunna run a ory with them? Im thinking just the texas speed ory as well. Ive only had my 01 ws6 about 3 months now and im only 18 so the mods come slower for me as the money isnt as plentiful haha. Only mods now are lid and exhaust

Id loveeeee to go true duals but like i said money is a tad short. If its worth it should i wait? Are true duals so much better that its really worth me saving up instead of just the y pipe

so really its not to much money honestly. If you go out the back is when it starts getting expensive.

How do you like those headers? Theyre the exact set im thinking about getting. How do they look, what difference in exhaust tone did you notice, how does the car feel now? Sorry to jack the thread OP. Theyre all right though about 25ish rwhp should be right.
I am very happy with them as well good clean welds flanges nice an flat inside welds very clean also. Finish is awesome..... Not sure what you guys are gonna use for bolts but i bought garner-westcotts from summit in stainless for 13 bux....very pleased with them. They have a 13mm head an bolt it self is just over one inch long.
Id loveeeee to go true duals but like i said money is a tad short. If its worth it should i wait? Are true duals so much better that its really worth me saving up instead of just the y pipe. Either piece it together or get the texas speed dual's... Cant go wrong either way. There is also a place on ebay that sell under the axel stainless steel extension if you dont wanna do dumps.
