Default 2000 Z28 vs 2010 Audi S7?

Some rich kid at the high school I go to got daddy to buy him a clean 2010 Audi S7, Quattro with tip. auto trans and a V8. has exhaust and is lowered is all. He thinks he's hot $h!t and says American cars are poorly engineered so I casually raced him from dig and 25 roll. Beat him by a lot on roll even hitting the limiter, tie from dig (Im on 255/50r16 street tires). Is this expected by you guys? Would a 2010 S7 normally lose to one of our near stock cars? either way im happy. Beat his $40k eurotrash with a 15 yr old Camaro. but he wants to run at the 1/8th. Who will win on the track?

They scoot, but they're also heavy and the quattro sucks some power up. The advantage will go to the LS1 if you can hook.

What mods do you have on your car? Are you an auto or manual?

Stock vs. stock, the S5 has a slight advantage in the 1/8 mile. The S5 typically hooks well and comes off the line quick, however the Z28 has better top end.

All I have on my Z is a better flowing intake and magnaflow exhaust. I think before racing him at the 1/8 I'll get some 305? Drag radials. I'm automatic

I'm on stock wheels now but will probably buy a used set of drag rad. or slicks that are already mounted, since 305s probably aren't going to fit on our wheels??

You can fit these on a stock wheel. 295-50-16 is approved for 8-10 inch wheels.

Look like awesome tires. Being a college student I'll most likely have to get used though D:
