What mods do you have?

BTW, I believe my buddies stock 06 GSXR1k was trapping over 140mph.

Arghh.. race never ended up happening! We went to the track for test and tune and were planning on doing the roll-on race on the way home. His nitrous wouldnt activate b/c of a failed WOT microswitch. I think he would have had a tough time catching me. I ran 135.5 mph on my R1.

Well if it does happen, I think you're going to beat up on him pretty good if you can ride, although I would have thought an R1 would trap higher than 135. I see no reason why he can't hit a 130mph with that setup, unless his Patriot heads are as shitty as mine. He should be trapping low 120s anyways on motor, then slap a 150 shot on top of that and he's looking to be in the 130 range.

The newer R1's are trapping mid 140's.. but the are rated at 180 hp stock vs my 03 which was only 150 and change. 30 hp on a car doesnt sound like much, but its a pretty big diff on a 400 lb bike!!

Im hoping he gets a new microswitch before the season is over. I dont think we have too many warm days left here in canuck land.
