Default Does anyone currently train in mma?

Theres a gym not to far from me in smyrna, I was supposed to go for a free class tonight but school starts monday and i dont want to overload my schedule on accident. I plan on trying it in the beginning of february. Does anyone else do it, and if so how do you like it? BTW the gym is called Dauntless Practical martial arts

Had a buddy fight for them, wish i could tell you more. He said they are really supportive and always want to help someone get into better shape or even fighting shape.

What I can say is with MMA or ANY HOBBY, Half *** Equals Half Fast, so def check it out and if you really want to train, do it all the way. Good lukc and let us know how it goes.

done bjj, akido, and mma for over 2 years and done 3 grappling tourneys (2 naga, 1 ugc) and love it
took off for this past 6 months due to crazy schedule but cant wait too restart again soon.
make sure you have: healthcare cuz you will get injured at some point, a good foundation of diet, exercise, and rest!
enjoy!

I loved it when I was training. I never got to compete. Just been to busy with work, so by the time I get home I lose all motivation to do anything.

I think I am just getting old

We have a great school where I live and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I also did 5 years of grappling, 2 years of kickboxing/ tae kwon do
