Tom Ingalls Memorial Car Show April 19th Hey guys, this is the second year of this car show. This year I'm putting it on in memory of my father (who passed away in June). He started me into cars at a very young age, and this is the perfect way to remember him. If you came out last year, you probably saw him there.
Here are the details of the show:
Date: Sunday April 19th (Rain date 26th)
Times: Gates Open at 1pm
Reg. Ends at 3pm
Trophies awarded around 5pm
Where: Aldersgate United Methodist Church
2313 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19083
Cost: $20 per car
General Admission is FREE!!
Classes: Modern Muscle
Japanese Import
European Import
Classic Muscle (1974 or older)
Custom Truck
Custom Cruiser (Bike)
Sport Bike
Cool Stuff: Kidz Zone that will include face painting, clowns and balloon animals
Concessions and DJ on site!

All the proceeds from the event will be going to the "Food Bank of Delaware"
While here, my father drove weekly to the food bank to pick up donations for the food closet. he truly enjoyed giving to those in need. So we'll be helping the food bank (and those that it supports) with our proceeds.
In addition, there will be grocery carts setup at the events for canned food donations.
I cannot wait for this event. Everyone who came last year had a ball, and has been asking about this year.

We're postponing the show the the raindate (April 16th). It looks like the rain is going to be coming right at 1pm, when registration begins. So put the car covers on and keep em clean until next week.
The 10 day forecast is saying that next sunday is going to be GORGEOUS. A lot like today. So hopefully it works out better for more people to come and make it an awesome event!

I'm so sorry guys. There was confusion all over the place on this event. It did go off yesterday, and for those that came it was an awesome time. I think the confused of the dates and whether it was actually happening definatley kept some people away, and I'm SOOOO sorry for that. My bad, I'll take the blame.
We're talking about having something in late Sept on a Friday Night. Like a big curise in. Something simple, but cool. I'll keep you guys up to date.
