Calling nj Raceway Parker's I'm trying to get a few cars together to go to Raceway Park in two or three weeks. It would have to be a friday night for me because of work. I looked at the schedule for friday nights for the next few weeks, its open for racing besides this week for the swap meet, which i cant wait for. If anyone wants in let me know. I have three cars that are going now and i would like atleast ten. The weather should be great in two to three weeks too so keep that in mind.

Oct 2nd would be a good Friday night as they are running their index series. You can run8.50, 10.0 and 11.50 indexes. If you just want to run test and tune, there is some great racing to be watched while you wait for the next pass.

Index cars will not be the bulk on any night.
8.5 gets roughly 16, 10.0 about 18 and 11.50 12 or so cars.
The bulk will be test and tune.

Yup they have cut down to one eliminator/series on Friday nights. They run either index or gamblers or mean street. It is rare when there are multiple eliminators on Friday.
Thanks on the car. Been running it for about 7 years and each year I try to go a little quicker. think I am done trying to do that though.

But i'm not going to make it this friday now. My dam boss scheduled me to work when i havent worked a friday night in a year. it figures when i want to do something he does that. Let me know how u make out this friday!
On october 16th they will have the index running again with the test and tune so im requesting off and i might have some more cars going then too. so let me know if your going to go that day.

I have not decided what index i will run on Friday, car it too fast for 11.50 and too slow for 10.0. I might just do test and tune as I have a manual braking system now and probably should try to get used to them without competing.
yes the 16th is index races again. Also keep in mind it is the Friday before the Shakedown at E'town which is the biggest headsup event at E'town and attracts cars from all over. They are doing parking for those guys that night so likely you will be parking far far away or in the spectator lot to the right.
I will be in Memphis that weekend for the LSX Shootout so will not be making the indexes at e'town then.

Not just the racing but NMCA thows us a party on Thursday night with food, drinks and free raffle prizes some valued at 500 or more! Then Friday night at the track they through a party for the whole NMCA which we get to be a part too!
