It has now been 2 weeks since I sent you payment for a Microedge controller. You have not replied to any of my PMs or answered any of my phone calls. You owe me a product or my money back. I know you have been on this site at least a few times since I sent the payment. Stop ignoring me.

If anyone here knows this person, please get in contact with him and let me know what the problem is. If anyone helps me out here and I either get the product or my money back, there's $20 in it for you. I'll even pay the paypal fees.

did you use paypal? if so stop payment or dispute the credit with them.

 

No, I did not use paypal. I usually would have never gone through with the deal without paypal, but the guy had a decent trader rating on here with no negative feedback.

 

Did you pay by U.S. Postal money order? If so, you've got him by the short hairs......WJ

 

I have bought two parts from him and everything was good both times. I meet him both times to pick the parts up in person though.

 

u.s postal money orders are not a guarantee either, I used one once and when I made my claim with the post office they gave me the wrong form to fill out, after three months they refunded my money since I never got my turbo kit then 2-months later the a-hole cashed the original money order and because of the form the post office had me sign I was held liable to pay the money back and when I did not they charged me intrest and sent me to collections I got hosed out of over 3k!!!! I fought and fought with the post office but since I signed the form I was liable wether or not they gave me the wrong form to sign. Paypal is the safest way to do make a transaction online.

 

if he has a good rating I wouldnt stress too hard. get his number. i always hve a cell number posted just incase something does happen

 

I think he goes to the same school as me. Not sure if hes a commuter or lives around here. I see a trans am around here once in a while, might be his. Hopefully it works out, if the address is kutztown let me know.

 

He has a black WS6 he also has long black hair. I had his number before as I put headers on his car but I don't have it anymore.

 

I have his phone number (it's posted in the for sale thread). I've called it a few times with no answer. Will call again today.

 

That sucks. I met him once and he seemed straight-up to me.

 

His parents live a block from me but i never see him around that much. And yes he does go to Kutztown.

Thanks for helping out mods. I just submitted the negative trader rating and I posted a thread in the negative feedback forum last week. I have no email address for him and there isn't one displayed in his profile.

 

He had positive feedback correct? Its weird that someone would all of the sudden just rip someone off. Maybe something happened to him? Hopefully it works out. I know where he lives, I am not over on that side of campus that much these days. I might be able to make it over there on Friday.

 

Wow I'm somewhat shocked. He has been here a few times buying things and always seemed straight up. Hopefully he recognizes this and address' the issue at hand.

I'm pretty surprised by the whole deal as well. I wouldn't think it would be worth ruining his rep over $90.
