engine builders on long island

does anybody know a good ls engine builder on long island. i just came back from LAB in lindenhurst and he said i can not make my ls1 into a 383. which i know i can do. does anybody know a good shop on long island to build a motor this week?

I had a friend who use to work for Pitbull Performance out in West Islip. They use to be pretty good haven't been there in a while.

That doesn't make sense, LAB has built a bunch of ls motors for people I know, they know what they're doing, that's one of the better engine shops out that way.

I use PCHS in bohemia all the time. Give them a call they are very familiar with ls motors although they are primarily a ford shop

yes i no. lee said you cant bore out a ls1 block which is untrue. i have articles that you can do it so im going to show him today.
