Anyone going to Empire Dragway August 13th Is anyone going to Empire Dragway, NYIRP on August 13th? Im going with a couple guys, 2 supercharged mustangs, a Neon SRT4 with a kit on it, a 72 and 70 GTO.
It would be great to meet some of you guys if your going. I will have my car in the sig. We are coming up from Syracuse and all rolling together.

I wanna make it up to Empire dragway sometime before this racing season is over. Would like to check out your car as well , i like your set up!

Hey bro did some changes..so we will see, still got some tuning to do..but B4 with 17 inch rims/bfg drag radials..and bad 60 ft.s was 11.80's..Since then, I went to Different converter, Rebuilt the tranny, New tire/rim set up and Whole new exhaust!..I went a couple of times..just to figure out my Y Pipe was banging on floor boards thus throwing a false knock and retarding my timing, so i also did a poly motor and trans mount swap..havn't ran it since...btw my original motor mounts were sh@t!..

What was going on with your rear? I saw it for sale. I hear ya on enjoying your car. I have put about 4000 miles on mine this year, drive it all the time. No problems so far since my cam swap. Do you go to any of the meets? I normally go to the market or sylvan beach. Sylvan gets a big crowd but mostly older cars.

Nice, maybe Ill cya out. How do you like the polluter? I plan on going with a
S60 when I get some money saved up or the 10 bolt breaks, whichever happens first.

The neon was a best of 13.3 at 105, best mph was 107
the mustang 1 run 12.7 at 112. It started making noise, sounds like either a lifter but it may be an exhaust leak, couldnt test..

Your car is going to be pretty quick. Do you go to ESTA or Empire? I think the Empre track is definetely worth the drive. Ive been going on friday nights, pretty packed but you can still run a bunch of times.
