Nice so is it dumps before the rear? or over the axle?

Years ago I remember watching a car that said Noyzee on the license plate pop a rear end at Epping on the starting line. It sounded good revving up!

the race motor never got to stretch its legs, i ran 100 shot in it for ever running 9.0 i put the 200 in and i never got a clean pass, it either spun or wheelied and hit the bars and unloaded the suspention etc. i never got a clean pass. and i never ran it with a th-400 but i know for a fact it would have been a lot faster with a th 400 then the glide. the car didnt wake up till the 330 with the glide.

silplu, that was probably me, thats back when it was twin turbo and a 6 speed!!! many moons ago.

$750, its all in the love you show them, lol

Too true, that's why I'm building it myself this time 'round lol! I've got some shaved/ported/valved heads to put on my LQ4 with a XER281HR, I might just follow your example here and spray it hard.

They are just 241s, better than what I had though, motor was supposed to be a LQ9, turned out to be a LQ4 running ~8.5:1 lol

Yea I may end up going with different heads, seems like it's all about the heads with these motors. I can't wait to see what you do with a bigger shot though. One of the shop cars that belonged to a guy that did my swap was running 9.9 with a 408 and a 400 shot (seems weak for the combo), and you already surpassed that.

We definitely need some vids though, keeps me looking forward to having my LS hotrod back together!

Hey Brad not to split hairs but shouldn't the title actually be "Stock bottom end record"?

call it what you want, im compairing my times to the guys with the same thing, heads cam car, cam only car. what ever it is. i just know its a stock ls1 with cam and stock gm heads and im pushing it to its limmits
