new stock internal f body record.
went to ned with junk yard dawg jetted at 150. first pass out went 1.31 60 foot and 9.51 @ 140 second pass went 9.60 @ 140 but almost hit the rear bumper. had to peddle the car.
next time out 200 hit!!!

not bad seeing as i have about $500 into the motor and that includes buying the motor. lol. accually probably more like $650, 700, i forgot i bought retainers for the springs.

i was just looking at my logs, and my bumper run i was a little shook and i reved the car to 7,600 rpm. lol
and who says these motors are week!!! lol every other pass i was spinning it to 7,000 7100 ish

i know, we where talking about that last night, how i used to have to put head gaskets in every 6-10 runs, push a gallon of water every pass, use 300+ shot etc etc, and here 8 years later im doing it on a stock motor. lol and shes made it 4 or 5 passes on spray at the track a few hits on the street a pile of street miles etc etc. lol unreal

haha, love the comments from the penut gallery bustin my ***** cuz i wouldnt jet up and cuz i forgot to turn the spray on one ok, a couple times. lol

after the 9.51 pass it was just over 3300 pounds with a couple gal of fuel out and no 25 pound bottle after my motor pass it was just under 3300 its still all glass with stock panels etc etc.
got the car up on the lift last night to change oil and stuff and oopppps, on the wheelie pass i ended up hitting the exhaust pretty hard and bending my brackts and stuff. hit the front end a bit and the catch pan a bit. lol
im going to inspect it closer once the rain stops (my vett is under the race car and i dont want to pull it out in the rain to move it over< hate washing it) but once i can get the car down gonna inspect it close to be sure when i hit the exhaust i didnt screw up the heads or crack anything.
the repairs on the k member looked to be in good shape tho.

and the biggest thig is i have no money into it so im not worried about it coming apart. lol
