Default Recommend Tuner In Hartford CT Area

I'm ready for the dyno tune. The ECM presently has a mail order tune, but is running quite rich. Better rich than lean, I suppose.
In the sticky, I see sponsor Slowhawk in MA, but they are a couple of hours away.
Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

I just looked at your build thread, awesome car!

The trip will be well worth it, especially with a project car like that, take it to slowhawk, you should get there in under 2 hrs no sweat. You will enjoy your car so much more going that route than just a generic mail order tune. Everybody's gonna tell you a tune will make or break your car, and there right.

Says you.

The long and the skinny is there are no CT Tuning sponsors but there are some not that far away. Try living out in the mid west where you gotta tow a car 8 hours just to get dyno time....

Otherwise go Google it. Maybe you can find some shops that do not advertise here. Which I am sure you will, they are out there too.

I'm sorry, my friend. I overreacted.
Google/Yahoo search already done. I'm going to do my best to stick with the folks who help sponsor this great site.
Thanks for the help.

Np, its cool.

I recently came in the same boat. Eastside Perf. went out of the LSx biz and their shop was a 3 minute (and I have timed it) drive from the house and it sucks as they did the tuning work on the car.

If I have to go somewhere there are some great people out there. Just gotta look and see.

GL with the project.

slowhawk... well worth the drive. You did all that work, car is looking amazing. Now go get a tune that will complement the rest of your work.
