Default Pittsburgh header install?

Anybody know of any friendly shops in the Pittsburgh area that would do a long tube header install?

I *think* I can do it myself...I've got the tools and I put headers on a Mustang before...but if I were to start it and get stuck I'd be in trouble

Alternatively, I'd be happy to pay someone that was sure they could get through a header install to stand around while I gave it a shot that could jump in for a rescue if things went the wrong way.

Like you, I've only done Mustang headers. My fall schedule is rather packed, but if you planned on doing this over the winter, I'd be willing to at least stand around with a beer in my hand

In what part of the area are you located?

Thats a good idea, checking with sponsors to find an installer.

demonspeed I'm located in Allison Park. Only problem with waiting till the winter is I'm going to be putting the car away...plus I've got no inside space to work on a car.

Ah... bummer about no inside space. That certainly makes winter mods very difficult -- and uncomfortable.

I'm not on the team, so doesn't much matter to me.

I've used RPM Hot Rods up in warrendale/wexford for most of the stuff I didn't want to get into... rpmhotrods dot com is their site...

I had them do my header install and also a cam swap so far. They are mostly known for building bad **** hot rods, but also get into the modern stuff too. Just getting a tour of what they are building is worth the stop by at least, lol...

Guy I deal with up there is Fritz. Good dude.

Good luck with your swap!
