i think it was a saleen forum that originaly got the rental. but yea its you show up to the gates and pay $100 and you race. free to specatators i have yet to be on a forum and this not be mentioned so who knows the number of people who might come out for it

Whats the story, my buddy Ahmad does the rental and has for years. If you come to MIR on 2/18 between 9am-5pm with $100 then you can race. The rentals are always posted on multiple forums but the turnout is never overly crowded.

Some of those guys only make 3-4 runs all day. Some show up in the morning and gone by lunch. Plus people back out at the last minute. I know people going that arent on the list as well. But its still so much better then going to a test and tune or Friday night with hundreds of cars, ricers oiling down the entire track, bracket rounds, etc..

Not really theres always a long list... generally a good percentage no show. We've had 50+ there before and it ran smoothly. Usually more street tire cars then drag radial/slick. Since there is one lane for each its nice and minimizes wait/maximizes prep.
