Lower Hudson Valley As originally moving to Syracuse for work but looks like the lower Hudson valley instead. Where is nice to live and what is there to do around there? Is there a big car scene? I was looking into Hyde Park?
I've lived in New Windsor (Orange County) my whole life. I pass through Hyde Park lots of times throughout the year but couldn't tell you much about living there. It seems nice, best thing is it's 15 minutes from the Dutchess County Fairgrounds where they have a huge car show/swap meet every May. There are plenty of weekly cruise nights in Orange & Dutchess Counties with the largest one held every Wednesday night at Bear Mountain Park just south of West Point. We're also within about a 2 hours drive from 3 dragstrips - Lebanon Valley, Englishtown and Island.

New job requires some driving. I'm a District Parts and Service Manager for American Honda. (District rep). My travels are between Syracuse and Hudson valley.

That's great to hear! I took place in Marlboro NY. So far seems to be a nice area. Little slower lifestyle than im used too but not bad. How far is Rockland county and where are some of the scenarios
