Talking 10.48 @ 129.8 with Heads and Cam

Had to relearn the whole suspension all over again. Didn't even monitor the engine. Tune could've been off for all I know (was running straight 93 octane verses the mix of 100/93 I usually run). Unfortunately the car yanks left still on launch. Tried fixing it but need to get it on some corner scales...

Anyhow.

Here is the splits of my best run

60'-1.433
330-4.311
1/8-6.702
mph-102.89
1000-8.753
1/4-10.488
mph-129.84

DA was -111 ft on that run
Raceweight should be 3350-3375 give or take (I'll know for sure when I corner scale it)

Not bad for stock pistons/rods/crank N/A

not dialup friendly:

Launch pic (1.433 60')

not 100% sure. I've done some things to gain since my last dyno pulls (when I went 454/400). I'm guessing ~480 RWHP

Very impressive... who says you need an auto to be quick.

A quick question, did you short shift out of third or is it just a lag in the video/audio.

Nice

may just be lag. I don't shift till my shift lite hits (set at 7000 rpm). 1-2 2-3 come pretty quick so I may have gone a bit late on those.

I'm not doubting his shifting skills at all.... it actually sounds like he shifts as quick as any auto out there.... very impressive.

I relistened to it here at home and it must have been the work speaker that was playing tricks on my ears....

Congrats.... very impressive.

I figured it out...you are hearing the doppler effect...like a cop car passing you with the siren on...the pitch changes as it approaches and then passes you...in this case...the 3-4 happens after I pass the camera so the pitch changed...
