I guess I should talk to Eastside and Slowhawk to see who I feel comfortable with. I've heard a lot of good things about both.

ya ive spoken to both now and they are all great people. for me its the distance factor that plays a big role. wallingford from ellington, 45 minutes. seekonk from ellington like almost 2 and a half hours. but from what was told to me many many many times go with who you feel most comfortable

Remember.... be COMFORTABLE with who touches your ride... shop around, talk to people, see their work, see cars, go to the shop.. like an interviewing process... and go from there. I did... and the results show. 12.39 @113, 1.85 60 foot, 3780 race weight.. bolt on's, cam and rear... af LVD. results should speak for themselves.
Plenty of people can work on cars with success, just depends who you feel comfortable working with.

Still gotta organize a burger king takeover some night... memorial day weekend I'll be at LVd for Hemmings day, so that weekend is out for me... maybe we should shoot to try to get everyone ( and I mean everyone... every ls1tech'er that we can muster up ) to go the 2nd saturday in June..... if that works for everyone... start spreading the word, get there around 5p.m., should be early enough to fill the lot... just plan on staying the duration... bring a deck of cards, something.

Sorry, the show is on saturday nights there.... but I see no reason why people couldn't meet up there on a Friday and then go wherever. Hell, BK may not even mind us hanging there, as long as noone litters or does anything stupid.
