Notes from the Pike last night...
Closet ls1 owner.. you're a closet turbo didge guy.... not to mention he had 2 ls1 cars.. and could buy 10 more tomorrow if he wanted to. Don't throw stones when you are in a glass house man... doesn't look good.
Hey, at least he never tried to paint any of his ws-6 cars so that it would look like a turbo dodge car.... yeah, I noticed the paint work you did strangly resembles teh daytona that you so loved....... know your role.

BUTCH you know i really like these LS1 cars, always have and always will, i just only have room/time for one car, and I am a long-time Mopar guy, and the 80's were "my time" so to speak, thus, an 80's Mopar it is. once i get the land i need and build a 2nd garage there a chance i may get another LS1 car (or, maybe a super stock hemi).

I was at the BK this past Sat. nite June 4 (wow what a great time, tons of cool cars, very few Mopars). I discussed the parking w/ cruise management, and in a nutshell, the BK franchise owner has approved the procedures that Ralph has implemented. And the franchise owner has made it clear that those not complying will be removed by the local police (this has already occured so the best thing is to just enjoy this great chance to mingle).
variety is fun, in cars and in people.

Mark & I have this "strange" repor since we met a few years ago.
He's knows it's all in jest & fun, but you don't.
You should see how we've "gone at it" on the turbo Dodge forums.
To the people that don't know us they think we're at each others throats.

My paint scheme was good enough to earn me a runner up spot in my class.
Not bad for it's 1st showing at a national event after the paint & rim additions.

congrats nice work! and your paint scheme is one of a kind which is nice to have. sorry to hear you cant make the LVD event i wanted to see your car run, let me know when/if you plan on hitting LVD for street nite (Wed's) or test and tune day (Sat's).

Forged motor, good tranny and suspension setup, some weight removal without hacking entire car... and spray that bitch.. she'll see 10's.
Then noone will really care what it looks like.. but do some nasty paint on it after... it will be on a magazine cover.. probably more then once.
Besides.. paint the car first before all the mechanical stuff is done... it's bound to get scratched or something..... I'd rather wait until that stuff is done.. end result will be better.

I'm going, Mark will be there with the omni from hell, I'm sure akuma will be there with his ws-6, I think blacksceamenmachine will be there in his 383 lt1 ss car, and if he goes, he'll bring more people with him.. ron, matt and todd with their mustangs most likly, steph said she was going, humveez28 will probably go if he can.. should be a bunch of us there... gotta make sure the place doesn't turn into a rice patty.. even though boomcase put it best on the other thread " some kid in his mim's car will do a burnout, and we'll all get kicked out"
